BITSAT Application 2020: Know about BITSAT eligibility and Important Dates!

BITS Pilani is the most popular Institute in the country and is recognized by MHRD. This higher education and deemed university with a high reputation have provided many vulnerable personalities to the world. BITS have been extended to various other places in the country such as Goa and Hyderabad. And hence provided extra opportunities to students and application form for admissions are open now.

Students can apply for this academic year 2020-21 and for admission BITS Pilani will conduct the computer-based online test. The test will be named as BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) and with this exam, students can take admission to Integrated First Degree Programmes (BE, Pharma, MSc.). Various milestones have been set by the students of this campus.

Disciplines provided: Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Biotechnology, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Apart from this, BITS also provides admission for students who want to pursue B Pharma. and M. Sc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Student must have passed 12^th class examination from a reputed and recognized state or central board (includes PCM- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). (Not for Dubai Campus)
• Students who take admission in B. Pharma. must completed their 12^th with PCB – Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Student must have a minimum of 75% aggregate in class 12^th class board exam which includes 60% marks each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (/Biology) and must have adequate English proficiency.
• Student must be in either appearing in 2020 class 12^th board examination or already passed in 2019
• Campus students are not eligible

Note*: There is a special advantage to board toppers.

(Students who have secured the first rank in any of their board, in India held in 2020 can apply for direct admission to the programme of their choice. Such students can take admission directly without applying to BITSAT.)

Student must take care that they have to apply for separate application form for admission instead of BITSAT. This application form will be responsible for the admission to integrated programmes offered at the BITS.
